Fufeng Group was selected in the “Top 100 Happy Enterprises 2024 – Top 10 Comprehensive Happy Enterprises”

On May 21, the “Top 100 Happiness Enterprises 2024” award ceremony was held at People’s Daily in Beijing. Fufeng Group won the “Top 10 Total Happiness Enterprises” award.

The business activity was initiated by FESCO and the Economic Observer Magazine (one of China’s top three economic newspapers) with academic support from the Positive Psychology Research Center of the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University. The selection is made from three aspects Health and wellbeing, Cultural atmosphere, and Employee development.

Over the past years, Fufeng Group has continuously optimized its human resources system and corporate culture, creating a good development foundation for employee development and establishing a development roadmap for management and technology to promote a happy working environment, increase engagement, and accompany the company’s growth.
